Never Too Old To Play

Whenever I buy something new I can't wait to wear it immediately (sure, after I washed it). So when I got this chill dress from Gamiss I had to find something to layer it so it would be appropriate for my 'not yet Spring not anymore Winter look'. Btw, I also have a pair of new slides in my closet but they will have to wait till the weather gets much warmer for me to actually wear them and not freeze in them.

The dress is in equal parts sophisticated and playfully childish. Pineapple print is a great way to breathe some life into my wardrobe and into my Spring style. I personally love the juxtaposition of a ladylike dress with boyish sneakers but this time I was going with a more grown-up sock boots, jeans and a cool sweater. Denim and a bright sweater are no-brainers, a simple outfit combination leans into a cool, effortless and stylish look no matter the occasion but to get some cool vibes I added this dress in between (like a salad in the sandwich) to sum up my default combination. I mean, name an easier outfit combination for transitional weather. On top of that, I put my beloved belt with my favourite
slogan: Stop daydreaming, do something to make it happen.
